    production process, materials and equipment

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? As a Deployment Lead you will be supporting the company in implementing IWS called OPEN+ and:
  • Supporting the

    deployment of OPEN+

    across the factory in line with PMI OPEN+ Strategy

  • Supporting the design

    and deployment of new OPEN+ methodology in different business contexts

  • Coaching colleagues

    in deliver value through adopting and improving Global best practices in a standardized and systematic way

  • Certifying people

    on Open+ methodology (teach with full autonomy)

  • Monitoring the impact

    of OPEN+ deployment in what concerns capability building and business impact
