  • Actively participating in ongoing projects and developing accounting processes
  • Fixed assets register handling
  • InterFirma reconciliations
  • Transfer price model reconciliation
  • Reconciliation (all balance sheet accounts)
  • Perform sanity checks on accounts and the result of assigned legal entity
  • Assist during internal and external auditing
  • Closing-the Books - monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • External reporting (tax and statutory)
  • VAT calculations and reconciliations
  • Support the controlling function with information, data and reports on a regular, as well as on an ad-hoc basis
  • Support team members in their professional development
  • Building good partnership relations with key stakeholders
Our requirements
  • Master Degree in Business Administration or completed upper secondary economics course
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles for one or several of the countries within Europe (IFRS, local GAAP standards)
  • Very good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • 'Can do' attitude, problem solving and customer service orientation - more than welcome
Optional
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 / SAP
  • Experience working in an SSC environment (general ledger processes)
