What the day will look like
As a Nordic Compliance Support Officer, you will provide daily support to the Nordic Compliance Officer and the broader Nordic Law & Compliance team. You will assist in gathering information, maintaining documentation, preparing analyzes and decision-making materials, and coordinating compliance activities within the Nordics.
You will collaborate with colleagues in the Nordic region as well as EMEA, helping ensure that compliance processes run smoothly and are aligned with Aon’s global policies and local regulatory requirements. The Stanowisko is based in Krakow with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Krakow office.

Your background
We believe you have an educational background in law, business administration, compliance, or other relevant fields. Experience from an administrative, coordination, or junior compliance role is beneficial. Strong communication skills in English and in one of the Nordic languages (spoken and written) are required.

As a person, you are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to structure information. You enjoy supporting others, coordinating tasks, and ensuring processes run efficiently. You communicate clearly and professionally and feel comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.
