Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI platform (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, Zowie)
Experience in business requirements analysis and process design
Experience working with conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot technologies, including platforms such as Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie
Proper communication and escalation skills
Good command of English and Polish languages
German language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
