We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist.

Hybrid, Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product‑ or service‑related issues
• Troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through solutions
• Use internal resources and documentation to support case handling
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow‑up
• Maintain accurate case records and track customer interactions
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat

Requirements

• 3–5 years in customer service
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage and interpret data
• Quick learner with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities
• Understanding of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and contract/document management
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Minimum 50% in‑office presence

Nice to Have

• Experience in external customer support
• 2+ years in operations or business operations
• Salesforce experience
• Proficiency in both Microsoft and Google tools
