About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead a dynamic French-speaking team of around 20 employees in a fast-growing SSC/BPO environment. You will play a key role in team management, performance monitoring, quality assurance, KPI tracking, coaching, and employee development. You will collaborate closely with other Supervisors to ensure excellent customer service across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in team management (supervising 8–20+ people) in customer service, call center, or BPO/SSC environment
  • Fluent French – excellent communication with clients and team
  • Communicative English
  • Communicative Polish preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in monitoring KPIs, improving performance, and driving team engagement
