About the role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary technical guide for our clients.
We believe that technical skills can be taught, but the ability to build trust, listen effectively, and explain complex ideas is a talent. We are looking for someone who excels at human interaction and has the analytical curiosity to master our technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for translating complex workflows into technical configurations. We prioritize candidates with great communication skills and capability for technical self-education.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze client business requirements and architect technical workflows within our product to meet those needs.
- Support end-to-end onboarding process, guiding clients through platform configuration and API integration.
- Act as the "voice of the customer" for the Engineering team, translating user feedback into clear technical requirements for the product roadmap.
- Develop an expert-level understanding of our infrastructure, including security protocols, data handling, and third-party integrations.
- Identify potential friction points in the user journey and proactively provide technical solutions to prevent churn.
Our requirements- You are a student or recent graduate with ‘tech-adjacent’ background - ex. Information Systems, Business, Communications, IT Management or related fields.
- You are available to work full-time.
- You can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- You possess a natural drive to understand the "how" and "why" behind complex systems.
- While professional coding experience is not required, you are a self-directed learner eager to master our technical stack. You are willing and able to learn JavaScript/Java to implement solutions.
- You approach problems logically and are comfortable navigating data-heavy environments.
- You are energized by solving partner problems and can manage high-stakes relationships in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You are diligent and detail-orientated - you don’t abandon a problem until it’s solved.
- Transparent communicator - if you’re stuck, tell us. Otherwise we assume you’re on top of things.
- You care - since we are a startup, you might not always get exact instructions. You should have the ability to operate independently and care enough to anticipate what the best solution could be.

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
1. Pierwsza meeting with CEO
We’ll get to know each other and explore if we might be a mutual fit for each other. You’ll get to learn more about TransactionLink and the product.
2. Case study deep dive
If we’re both excited to continue, we’ll do a problem-solving interview session. We will show you a typical problem we solve for our customers and will ask you to explain how you would approach it.
3. Decision
We then exchange notes and decide if there is mutual fit. It’s gonna be a tough ride so everyone must be in!
