Your Responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing processes from request for quotation through order placement, delivery tracking, and invoice verification.
  • Conduct supplier inquiries and evaluate quotations based on commercial and operational criteria.
  • Maintain and update purchasing master data while ensuring data accuracy in SAP.
  • Follow up on supplier complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier performance.
  • Coordinate incoming goods activities and support supply continuity.
  • Analyze cost developments, market trends, and purchasing opportunities.
  • Optimize the supplier base in line with commodity and sourcing strategies.
  • Verify invoices and resolve price discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teams.
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and procurement-related data.
  • Ensure compliance with Firma policies, procedures, and procurement standards.
What We Are Looking For
  • Higher education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Purchasing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Good understanding of supplier selection, supplier management, sourcing processes, and commercial Regulamin.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system will be considered an advantage.
  • Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of German or Italian will be considered an asset.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
