We are seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist to join a hybrid development team. The role focuses on building, deploying, and managing applications on cloud platforms using Google Cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
• Type of project: IT services
• Office Lokalizacja: Kraków and Warszawa,
• Work mode: Hybrid with presence required in the client’s office 8 days per month
• Budget: 110-130 PLN net /h- b2b
• Project length: Long-term
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Polska
• Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability)

• Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Work with GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, Cloud Run, and Infrastructure as Code tooling
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, platform operations, and cloud security solutions
• Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and operational risk regulations
• Design preventive security solutions to improve cloud security posture
• Integrate and manage cloud services including IAM, networking, logging, operating systems, and containers
• Automate compliance checks and enforce security practices where possible
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Update operational documentation for platform services as needed

• At least 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
• Hands-on experience in building and managing services on Google Cloud Platform
• Expertise in at least one key GCP service: GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Build, or Cloud Run
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security and Google Cloud best practices
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Config Connector)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and methods (Cloud Build, Flux CD, Helm)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or Bash
• Familiarity with ensuring compliance with cloud security standards and operational risk requirements
• Strong communication skills in English
