ING Hubs Polska is hiring! Are you ready for a new challenge in Procurement? We’re building a brand-new team in ING Hubs Polska to support Global Procurement team and looking for experienced professionals who want to work globally while staying connected locally. We are looking for several senior experts in different IT procurement fields: Software and SaaS, Hardware (Servers, Storage, Workplaces, Network, Data Centre equipment) and IT Services. Master degree or equivalent preferably in a relevant field, such as supply chain, (computer) engineering, business administration, or finance ~ Have 6-7 years of experience in IT Procurement area and preferably in an international financial services provider organization ~ Are experienced subject matter expert in strategic sourcing and category management in IT Procurement in at least one of the domains of Software and SaaS, Hardware (Servers, Storage, Workplaces, Network, Data Centre equipment) and IT Services ~ Have strong negotiation skills based on data and facts, ~ You have experience in establishing global purchasing agreements directly with the IT suppliers (not via resellers) – drafting, reviewing, and negotiating, ~ Have an ability to build strong relationships with procurement and business stakeholders, ~ Are proactive, independent approach and a good grasp of working in international environments, ~ Very good English skills (spoken and written) (B2/C1) ~ Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and E-Sourcing tools;
experience with ERP systems or procurement tools is preferred Managed global sourcing projects in/for large international organizations ~ Expertise in complex contracting with large software vendors or core banking software suppliers For assigned suppliers(TIER 2), identify global and local business needs, specifications and requirements as input for sourcing projects, category strategy and ongoing management of supplier relationships ~ Play a role as strategic contributor in fields like ESG, procurement best in class practice, cost savings initiatives We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Global Sourcing and Category Expert to join our international team. The role will be accountable for building (sub)category strategy, stakeholder alignment, researching the market, running strategic/complex sourcing events, managing suppliers, and negotiating global framework contracts. You will be responsible for strategic sourcing across assigned spend categories, managing contracts, and driving significant year-on-year cost improvements.
