Financial AccountantMiejsce pracy: PoznańYour responsibilities
  • Accounting for assigned general ledger accounts, including closing the books, accruals and prepayments booking
  • Maintaining and updating master data and fixed assets register
  • Reconciliation of interFirma balances
  • Reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Performing sanity checks on assigned accounts and on results of assigned entity
  • Closing the Books - monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • External reporting (tax and statutory)
  • VAT calculations and reconciliations
  • Assisting with internal and external audits
  • Taking responsibility for assigned entities, including potential handling of vendor/customer invoices, bank payments, reminders, payroll coordination, etc.
  • Working with and supporting other departments within the customers organization to develop/evaluate routines and assure effective workflow
  • Participation in IT and business projects in accounting and finance related aspects
  • Supporting other team members and assisting with solving difficult cases
  • Conducting internal trainings
  • Active participation in Firma process improvement programmes
  • Migration of processes for all clients
Our requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Economics or related course or completed upper secondary economics course
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in accounting as a specialist or in any higher Stanowisko
  • Good knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles for one or more countries in Europe
  • Fluency in English and preferably at least in one other foreign language
