You’ll join an experienced engineering team building a best-in-class social casino experience enjoyed by players worldwide. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compelling player experiences at scale. We operate with a startup approach inside a well-established gaming organization—combining agility, ownership, and the resources to make a substantial impact.
Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow.
What You'll Do
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and release new player-facing features across web and mobile platforms. This role spans features development end-to-end—from concept and architecture through launch and iteration.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, artists, and engineers to deliver engaging gameplay and social systems powered by robust backend services that evolve continuously in a live production environment. Your work will directly influence player experience, feature velocity, and long-term game performance.
End-to-End Feature Development
Participate in a multi-functional team expanding social and gameplay systems.
Own features from concept through release and monitoring.
Implement frontend functionality in JavaScript across iOS, Android, and Web.
Design and build backend services and APIs in PHP to power new gameplay, social, and Live Ops features.
Backend & Systems Engineering
Develop scalable RESTful APIs consumed by client applications.
Chip in to data modeling and persistence for player progression, rewards, and events.
Improve backend capacity for supporting high concurrency and large player populations.
Ensure features are reliable, testable, and production-ready.
Performance, Quality & Iteration
Profile and improve frontend and backend performance to maintain a smooth player experience.
Partner with Product to scope technical solutions and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
Supervise post-launch performance and iterate based on player behavior and metrics.
Collaboration & Innovation
Translate creative concepts into engaging, scalable systems.
Participate in an inclusive engineering culture focused on learning and continuous improvement.
Proactively find opportunities to improve architecture, tooling, and delivery practices.

What We're Looking For
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in practice.
4+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience with JavaScript in production environments.
Experience developing backend solutions in production.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Understanding of client-server architecture.
Experience engaged in building features through the full development lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a player-Pierwsza demeanor.
