We are looking for a Functional Specialist with strong experience in CIB Markets projects, Risk Management, and in-house engines. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of financial products, trading processes, and risk metrics—particularly XVA and Counterparty Risk.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business and technology teams, supporting functional analysis, translating business needs into technical requirements, and driving process improvements across multiple initiatives.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
Conduct functional analysis (AS IS / TO BE) and GAP Analysis.
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Support process improvement initiatives and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CIB Markets and/or Risk Management projects.
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) using Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Control-M, Hue, Atoti, and Big Data ecosystems (DataLakes, Databricks, Cloud, SQL, QlikSense).
Experience working with interfaces, microservices, and REST APIs.
Participation in innovative, large-scale international projects.
