Summary

The IT Firma Andersen invites an Operations and Excellence Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM system to ensure data accuracy and usability for the sales team.

Analyze current sales processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Create and manage dashboards and regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales rep performance.

Manage onboarding and ongoing training of sales reps by providing tools, resources, and documentation.

Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and alignment to support organizational goals.

Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that improve team performance.

Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Delivery and Sales team to align strategies.

Track and monitor the sales department budget, support financial planning.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.

Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to perform quantitative analysis, including data modeling, statistical analysis and forecasting.

Strong Excel skills.

Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).

Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Level of spoken and written English – Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
