Privacy Centre Lead

What the day will look like

In this pivotal leadership role, you will manage and develop the Privacy & Information Trust Practice team, responsible for delivering highquality privacy and information security support including data subject access requests, incidents, privacy contracting, impact assessments, queries and global initiatives. You will work closely with the Chief Privacy & Data Trust Officer and the Global Privacy & Data Trust Operations Director, collaborating across global teams to continuously enhance service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Law degree and strong expertise in privacy and data protection
  • Prior experience in leading privacy teams (10+ people), working across various Lokalizacjas or leading a capability center team
  • Strong understanding of privacy data subject access rights, contracting, incidents, impact assessments
  • Experience working with global leaders on key risk areas and optimizing legal service delivery
  • Excellent communication in English and stakeholder management skills
  • Process improvement skills, ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
  • Coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer abilities.
