Ferchau Polska is looking for an expert to lead the plan­ning and approval of elec­trical systems for advanced auto­ma­tion in high-volume manu­fac­tu­ring!

What's worth knowing?

Solid know­ledge of produc­tion auto­ma­tion and fami­lia­rity with PLC/HMI systems is required (program­ming is not the main respon­si­bi­lity, but under­stan­ding the tech­no­logy is crucial). The job takes place in a modern plant in Jawor (Lower Silesia), fully equipped with new devices.

Work mode: On-site/ hybrid - Jawor

Important! This posi­tion requires open­ness to frequent busi­ness trips

Exci­ting work:

• Plan and imple­ment elec­trical solu­tions for produc­tion systems
• Pre­pare tenders and tech­nical docu­men­ta­tion
• Oversee system design and project time­lines
• Con­duct accep­tance tests and docu­ment results
• Enhance auto­ma­tion stan­dards and drive inno­va­tion
• Intro­duce digital tools to improve effi­ciency
• Manage projects and coor­di­nate stake­hol­ders
• Sup­port and train teams on new tech­no­lo­gies

The right quali­fi­ca­tions:

• Higher educa­tion in elec­trical engi­nee­ring, auto­ma­tion, or related fields
• Expe­ri­ence in indus­trial auto­ma­tion, preferably in the auto­mo­tive industry
• Know­ledge of PLC/HMI systems, espe­ci­ally Siemens solu­tions
• Abi­lity to plan and coor­di­nate acti­vi­ties in a produc­tion envi­ron­ment
• Fluent English (as that's the main language of commu­ni­ca­tion in the project)
• Fami­lia­rity with modern stan­dards and tech­no­lo­gies (e.g., Integra 7) is welcome
