Lokalizacja: Hybrid 2 days per week, based in Warsaw (Czackiego 15/17). We're open to candidates based outside Warsaw, provided the 2-day commitment is realistically sustainable from where you live. About the Design Team

We’ve just wrapped up a stellar Pierwsza year of Design at hyperexponential.

We have built a lean team of six, spanning Product Design, Brand Design, and Design Engineering, with experience from organisations like Miro, InVision, V7, Lakera, QuantumBlack and Tractable. Over the past year, we’ve reimagined both the platform and the hx brand through our new design language, Xpression, giving hx a distinct edge in an increasingly competitive market.

We’re a tight-knit, highly creative group who believe in showing rather than telling, staying curious, and pushing for deep craft excellence. We value systems thinkers, creative flare, generalists and specialists, and the kind of genuine collaboration and trusted relationships needed for radical candour.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing intuitive, accessible product experiences across the hx platform, translating complex problems into clear, usable solutions with a focus on evolving our model developer experience from 0 → 1.
• Partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers to support discovery, ideation, and delivery on well-scoped product initiatives.
• Contributing components and patterns to our design language system, Xpression, helping ensure consistency and quality across the product.
• Maintaining a high bar for design craft through thoughtful interaction design, visual clarity, and iterative improvement based on feedback and data.
• Using AI tools within your own workflow to support research synthesis, exploration, and prototyping, helping the team move faster without sacrificing quality.
• Supporting AI-native discovery and collaboration by bringing structured design thinking into cross-functional work.

What you will need to have done

• Experience designing end-to-end product experiences that are grounded in user needs and deliver clear value.
• Hands-on experience working within a design system, including contributing or refining components and patterns.
• A strong foundation in design craft, with attention to usability, accessibility, and interaction quality.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in a cross-functional product team.
• Demonstrable use of AI-enabled tools in your design workflow, applied thoughtfully to enhance—not replace—human judgment.
• Clear communication skills and comfort participating in critique, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.

How hx Warsaw Works

At hyperexponential, we believe in a balance between remote work, and building relationships across teams and Lokalizacjas. You’ll have your main office in Warsaw, 2 days a week, with also ability to travel to London HQ to meet the wider team. International travel will be much less frequent, perhaps 2-3 times a year.

Warsaw HQ was established in 2023, quickly hiring our Pierwsza handful of high-calibre engineers. Fast-forward to today in 2025, there are 50+ in Warsaw and surrounding cities who travel for the collaborative environment.

On Wednesdays you’ll often find Warsaw HQ organising team lunch paid by hx, getting drinks after hours. The office is also dog-friendly and plant-friendly, so feel free to bring yours along!
