Title: PS Technical Consultant Grade: 11 Location: Warsaw Position Summary This position requires strong prospecting skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in NCR Atleos and FSD-SS focused on the development of new services opportunities and closing new accounts This person is responsible selling traditional services into new accounts where NCR Atleos has little to no presence and to existing FSD SS accounts within an assigned account rider. The incumbent sells FSD services to secure new opportunities maximizing FSD revenue and profitability and increasing NCR Atleos market share. The individual executes the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel. Primary focus is on account planning for brand-new FSD SS accounts. The incumbent is accountable for building relationships with prospective and competitive customers. In this role, the SSC is the key interface in defining customer needs. Key Areas of Responsibility Managing the PS Assets solution development in Poland and CEE Region Managing the relationship with Key Customers who use the PS Assets solutions Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in a business-related field
- Demonstrates High Performing Characteristics (see Attributes Section below)
- Strong communication, creative thinking and presentation skills
- Demonstrated sales success in attaining quota objectives
- Demonstrated success in developing and securing new account opportunities
- Financial industry knowledge preferable
- Ability to develop senior level business relationships with account prospects
- Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach
- Experience in selling software/applications a plus
- Minimum of 1-3 years of prior sales/prospecting experience preferred
- Masters degree in related field
