our Client, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate na stanowisko Quality Assurance Engineer.

Ensuring the highest quality, reliability, and compliance of electronic devices across all stages of production processes, associated with production all certification types and managing RMA processes.

• Suppliers Quality Department

• CEM Quality Department

• Client Customer Service or Quality Representative

Your responsibilities
  • Process and Testing Supervision: Monitoring production workflows, overseeing testing of components (including PCBs) and finished goods, and identifying and analyzing the root causes of manufacturing defects.
  • Supplier Monitoring & Quality: Managing supplier performance by conducting regular quality audits, monitoring incoming component quality (IQC), evaluation of Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and resolving supplier-related quality issues.
  • RMA Process Management: Coordinating the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure, conducting technical analysis of defective customer returns, and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Factory Certification & Compliance: Actively participating in the maintenance and development of Quality Management Systems, and preparing the factory for certification audits (e.g., ISO 9001, MID, METAS) as well as ensuring alignment with industry standards (e.g., IPC).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating closely with R&D, Procurement, and Production departments to optimize processes and ensure the quality stability of the supply chain
Employer requirements
  • Higher education (technical profile preferred)
  • Very good English – written and spoken
  • 3 years experience on similar Stanowisko in production Firma
  • Knowledge of quality assurance tools: CP, FMEA, 8D; Ishikawa, Pareto
  • IPC standards
  • Experience with electronic manufacturing processes
  • Effective problem analysis and solving skills
  • High level of teamwork and communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Independent
  • Creative and open on the new ideas
Optional
  • IPC 610D- certificate
  • 6 Sigma - Green/black Belt certificar
  • Knowledge of the ISO 9001, MID
