Your tasks As part of the Quality Team, you will be helping to maintain and drive improvements to build world class products for the communications industries, within a Lean Manufacturing Environment. This will involve working closely with all Polatis departments and leaders to ensure adherence to Firma policies and procedures and maintaining documentation, including and not limited to instructions, policy and procedural papers, databases and storage systems. Communication and management of change control, facilitation of meetings, and as required supporting audit delivery, results processing and action planning in order to drive continuous improvement and resolution of identified issues and or opportunities. You will also need to engage in key Product and Process related projects in support of driving a Lean Quality Manufacturing Culture. Key tasks: Responsibility for maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 Tracking of schedules, document, tooling and or system calibration records Facilitate quality related meetings or reviews to take notes and actions and send notes out to participants as required Support leaders and managers in maintenance of tooling, equipment, training and process documents Support delivery and records relating to audits of documents, policy, procedures, training, products Participate in planning and scheduling and manage time to meet agreed on time delivery Develop, prepare and create production documents. For example Standard Work Instructions, Batch records, inventory, inspection, quality, productivity reports Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for Health and Safety and Environment compliance Manage work area to agreed 5S standards Participate in and drive Lean practices including identification, investigation, and implementation of organisation programmes and projects Provide advice and training to peers Communication with peers, Engineers, management team and cross functional departments Your profile Attention to detail and an awareness of Quality standards including ISO, are key to this role Ability to demonstrate an understanding of processes Ability to implement those processes Create and develop work instructions and documents, as required Management of Data storage systems Strong communicator at all levels Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision An excellent team player who can positively influence the team; being able to contribute ideas to improve process times, quality and yield Very good command of English and Polish Familiar with using Microsoft Excel, SAP or MES systems for data entry Why HUBER+SUHNER Polatis?
