We are looking for Risk Analyst with English to join our global Risk Management Services Team. If you enjoy working in a team environment in delivering the administrative and project needs of the GDS ES organization by being a part of the GDS ES RMS, this job is just perfect for you.

The opportunity

Risk Management Services have been established in GDS Polska more than 5 years ago as a part of the global process and it is growing and developing rapidly. RMS team is responsible for managing and controlling various reporting activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.

The MARQ Associate supports the end-to-end MARQ process, ensuring accurate data collection, compliance monitoring, and timely execution of Q&ERM ratings for PPEDDs. This role is critical in maintaining EY's global risk and quality standards and contributes to the LEAD performance framework.

We are interested in hiring a team player with strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the right attitude to propose process improvements. Ideally you should have Master degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or in related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant business research role is highly desired. Fluent (B2) English language is a must.

You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to the deadlines, have a positive attitude, an open mind and "out of the box" thinking mindset. You should be flexible, open to challenges and changes as our environment is young and dynamic.
