DPW is the business transformation program at Vaillant Group in which we are deploying a highly integrated Salesforce and SAP template to various countries, within the group. For further rollouts to the Następna countries we are searching for a Project Manager who can lead the IT delivery from rollout preparation to successful go-live in the entities supported by the DPW program management and end-to-end IT Teams.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for operational project management of a hybrid business & IT rollout team in an international environment.
• You will manage group-wide implementation of SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce in our Vaillant Group Sales & Service sites on the basis of a central integrated template.
• You and the group of consultants will present the new, innovative processes and functions to the various business units, record gaps accordingly, and lead the team to the final GoLive.
• You will identify the necessary resources and address them to the relevant teams of experts.
• The planning of the data migration in cooperation with the process teams is also part of your tasks.
• You will work together with other parallel rollout teams, internal SAP & Salesforce IT consultants from all functional and process disciplines, and external implementation partners, while acting in classically managed teams.
• You will also coordinate with other stakeholders (e.g. program management, change management) and report to program management.

What makes us successful together

• Qualification: You have successfully completed your studies in economics, engineering, computer science or similar and have a solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and / or SAP S/4 ERP.
• Experience: You have several years of experience as Project Manager, managing complex, challenging IT implementation projects in a highly integrated environment or have been significantly involved in the implementation of two to three rollout projects.
• Know-how and Skills: You have several years of experience in project management (ideally certified, e.g. Prince2, PMI).
• Nice to Have: Your open and trustworthy personality, coupled with intercultural competence, enables you to communicate confidently at all levels.
• Personality: Team spirit, organizational talent, a quick grasp and careful way of working, analytical skills, willingness to travel, presentation skills and hands-on mentality complete your profile.
• Language Skills: Your excellent written and spoken English skills, your open and trustworthy personality and your intercultural competence enable you to communicate confidently at all levels.
