• We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Owner with strong Salesforce expertise to lead the evolution of a B2B Loyalty & Commerce Portal supporting international retailers and partner ecosystems.
• In this role, you will combine strategic product ownership with hands-on delivery leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes across digital commerce channels.

• Define and drive the product vision for the B2B Loyalty & Commerce Portal
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into actionable product backlogs and delivery plans
• Lead feature development from discovery and business case definition through delivery and optimization
• Prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs between customer experience, business value, and delivery capacity
• Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, content, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
• Monitor and improve platform KPIs related to engagement, conversion, and performance
• Support the continuous enhancement of retailer and partner digital experiences
• Coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams in international environments
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and product roadmap alignment
• Contribute to product growth initiatives and optimization strategies

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments
• Proven background delivering digital products in B2B ecosystems
• Strong Salesforce experience, preferably within Commerce Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and related Salesforce digital platforms
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle: discovery, business case creation, delivery, optimization
• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
• Ability to align and influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with KPI-driven decision making
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international teams
• Fluent English
