• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements for process mining initiatives
• Conduct a high‑level assessment and summarize the business case, including cost and benefits
• Conduct complex business and data analysis to identify optimal solutions and ensure the design encompasses end‑to‑end process analysis
• Collaborate closely with the IT architect to integrate new applications, finalize efforts, timelines, and ensure seamless integration
• Design and develop robust process mining solutions, encompassing data architecture (data connectivity, collection, data model creation, and analytical logic)
• Complete the design document and collaborate with IT to activate Signavio functionality, supporting the BPM strategy
• Work with the business to implement developed solutions and provide ongoing support
• Driving standard processes and ensuring adherence to agreed‑upon procedures and controls
• Play a crucial role in supporting capability building by creating content for Signavio and process mining, including user training

• A professional with min. 5 years of experience in process mining and process improvement and have in‑depth understanding of process mining concepts and methodologies, with practical experience using platforms such as Celonis and Signavio.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or a similar role with a focus on process analysis and process mining.
• Hands‑on experience working with the SAP Signavio, including process discovery, analysis, and optimization.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing processes, particularly within an FMCG organization.
• Experience in working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
