As a Senior Media Processing Backend Engineer, you’ll be part of Cloudinary’s Image team, working side by side with frontend and backend engineers. Develop and maintain Cloudinary’s main transformation services in Ruby on Rails. Address internal customer inquiries and complex questions. Mainly C++ Technologies You’ll develop in Ruby on Rails, C++, Python, Go, Typescript, and a bit of Rust, leveraging AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Lambda infrastructure. We’re looking for a highly skilled backend engineer with at least 8 years of experience or exceptional talent. You should be self-propelled, independent, sharp, Knowledgeable, with experience in image or video processing, is a strong advantage Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS Data-driven mindset, using insights from monitoring and data warehouse tools to guide development.
