Job Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to elevate design craft and deliver exceptional creative output across OP Warsaw’s wide range of clients and projects.

Working closely with Design Directors, Creative Leads, and multidisciplinary teams, you will lead design development, contribute to conceptual thinking, and oversee execution across digital, social, print, experiential, and integrated campaigns.

This role is suited to a highly skilled, conceptually strong designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional craft and thrives in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design execution across digital, social, print, and integrated brand campaigns.
• Translate creative and strategic direction into compelling visual solutions.
• Develop concepts, mood boards, and visual narratives that elevate creative output.
• Collaborate closely with creative leads, writers, motion designers, and producers.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains exceptional visual quality.
• Oversee junior and midweight designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Prepare production‑ready files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Champion design standards, processes, and best practices across the team.
• Support pitches, proposals, and new‑business design requirements.
• Explore emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Designer or Senior Designer within agency, studio, or production environments.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus familiarity with Figma.
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft, conceptual thinking, and versatility.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual identity skills.
• Ability to lead elements of large‑scale campaigns and guide midweight/junior designers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics, 3D, or real‑time design technologies.
