Senior Digital & Media Manager for Central & East Europe, you will play a pivotal role in championing our brand within the different categories, focusing on both the owned and earned media channels, while influencing the paid media strategy. Reporting to the Digital & Media Lead, you will be responsible for deploying a sufficient, overarching media strategy (high focus on digital) with the agency, support the brand teams on engaging content for media activities and ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging. Within this you are leveraging consumer insights and data-driven analytics to optimize performance and drive category growth.

• Be the Digital & Media Manager of selected brands, coordinating and influencing cross‑functional and cross‑country teams.
• Lead the responsible media agency to develop best‑in‑class strategies in different markets and continuously optimize results.
• Collaborate agile and act as a brand ambassador mainly in the digital space, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Take care of the website structure with the responsible tech agency.

• Execute digital content for advertising campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
• Activate the content as per the media guidelines and monitor impact, optimizing content and messaging based on real‑time insights.

• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

• Support the brand in content adaptation across websites, social media, email marketing to drive audience engagement and visibility.
• Recommend tailored assets for specific target audiences and platforms.
• Support brand teams in influencer marketing to make our brands visible and lovable for the relevant audience.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and traditional media.
• Demonstrated experience executing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Very good media landscape knowledge in East Europe.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Polish is advantageous.
• Working with OTC products is a plus.
• Passionate about digital media & marketing, social media, and digital brands.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, e.g., business manager.
