• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable machine learning systems and pipelines.
• Validate model performance and ensure robustness, fairness, and generalization.
• Build and evolve a machine learning platform supporting large-scale model training and prediction workloads.
• Prototype and evaluate new ML technologies and platform solutions.
• Improve model deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Automate and streamline ML pipelines using CI/CD principles.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and MLOps teams to improve the ML development lifecycle.
• Depending on your experience, provide technical leadership to a team of engineers.

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g. Data Science, Mathematics, Physics).
• 5+ years of experience in data science and machine learning projects (industry or research).
• Strong programming skills in Python (including OOP) and solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Snowflake is a plus).
• Strong background in statistics, data analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
• Hands-on experience with ML and data libraries such as TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices (code testing, CI/CD, version control with Git).
