• Design and develop the Następna-generation machine learning platform supporting thousands of training pipelines and large-scale prediction workloads.
• Build and evolve an ML platform for Samsung’s advertising ecosystem, improving the speed of model development and deployment.
• Research and evaluate new ML platform technologies, creating prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Collaborate with ML serving, MLOps, and other internal teams to improve platform architecture, code quality, and product reliability.
• Work with global cross-functional teams to deliver new ML features aligned with business goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical best practices.
• Adapt quickly and contribute effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.

• 6+ years of industry experience with a Master’s degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Go, or other OOP languages, plus solid knowledge of SQL, algorithms, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience building ML platforms and pipelines, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and orchestration tools (e.g. Terraform, Airflow, AWS Step Functions, Lambda).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions) and monitoring/alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with big data and ML ecosystems such as Spark, Flink, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
