Senior Managers in the Data Path Engineering team at Dell USS constantly push the boundaries of what is possible in the world of Big Data storage and distributed systems. Essential Requirements:

• Good knowledge of programming languages; operating systems; firmware; BIOS; device drivers; databases; system, network, operating system, and application administration; embedded software/firmware; tools and utilities, as applicable. Knowledge of server, storage, networking and client technologies.
• Experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodologies
• Strong knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques for multiple functional areas within PG
• Proven ability to manage a department or a group with multiple disciplines
• Advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive the budgeting process

Desirable Requirements

• Typically requires 10+ years of managerial/leadership experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
