About the project

What does the team do?

Our Tax Technology team deals with creating and implementing advanced IT solutions that support a wide range of business and tax calculation processes. They are related mainly to international personal income taxes (GMS – Global Mobility Services) and management of human resources. We work in a global and diverse environment and cooperate with various teams around the world including Europe, America and Asia. We are looking for candidates with passion, who would like to join our rapidly growing team of programmers in Kraków and Warszawa. In our daily work we are focused on creating safe, innovative and ergonomic solutions that join specific business knowledge with new technologies. We support also many world-wide corporations which appreciate the highest level of services we deliver.

Your responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of the test automation and driving its continuous improvement
  • Designing, developing and maintaining automated test solutions using C# with Selenium and Playwright with Typescript
  • Actively contributing to the migration from Selenium to Playwright and shaping best practices for the new framework
  • Gathering test scenarios from QA team and Stakeholders
  • Monitoring test environments and CI/CD pipelines, diagnosing issues and independently driving fixes or coordinating with developers when needed
  • Executing performance tests using JMeter
  • Working within the Azure ecosystem (e.g. DevOps, reviewing logs in Application Insights, KeyVaults, VMs)
Our requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT technology, preferably as a developer
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in development using C#
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation development using Selenium or Playwright
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and test automation architecture
  • Very good spoken and written English skills that enable effective communication with Team Members and Stakeholders
  • Experience in independently driving and improving automation initiatives, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with Azure for application log analysis and monitoring to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes in Azure & DevOps
  • Knowledge in performance testing using JMeter
