Providing constructive feedback on others’ work Acting as a liaison to other departments, conveying the consistent design visionof the project You’reawesome because you have… Proven experience as a professional Game Designer (or some combination of applicable training and experience) and have shipped 1 or more titlesas a quest designer. Experience with technical game design (implementation in tools, game logic, visual scripting,etc.) Ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team and comfortable with self-critique and accepting outside feedback Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a confidential environment Creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach Experience pitching game design concepts in a clear, detailed manner, through strong written and verbal skills Organization methods and the capability to meet agreed timelines Bonus points for… Experience with AAA games Industry recognition ordemonstratedimpact in your field Having made your own game as a side or indie project Experience in adjacent fields such ascontent design,narrative design,environmentart, programming,etc. Experience playing and/or crafting pen and paper, board, or trading card games Not sure you meet allthe qualifications?
