About the job
This candidate will be responsible for designing usable, accessible and consistent user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.
Responsibilities
- Designing complex, data-heavy applications
- Close cooperation with Product Owners, Technical Leaders & designers
- Conducting user research activities to gather, understand & analyse business requirements
- Leading conversations with stakeholders & dev team to drive the process of the product development lifecycle
- Supporting the migration of the new solution to a new platform
- Producing & presenting UX artefacts like user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Leverage user testing to make product improvements
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in experience design
- Vast experience in designing complex data-heavy solutions for desktop & web
- Experience in designing data visualisations
- Proficiency in using Figma, FigJam
- Proficiency in working with design systems
- Experience in cooperation with distributed team
- Experience in designing solutions for financial industry
- Openness to users from all over the world
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Focus on collaboration across teams to bring consistency
- Fluency in English
- Readiness to work in a hybrid mode (2 days in the office)
- Readiness to travel
