About the Role

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to join a global Vulnerability Management team. In this role, you will lead vulnerability response and remediation activities for critical security threats across complex enterprise environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional remediation initiatives, assess newly discovered vulnerabilities, support incident response activities, and drive improvements in security posture across infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.

This Stanowisko combines technical expertise, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and operational leadership within a large-scale cybersecurity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead remediation activities for critical and high-risk vulnerabilities
  • Coordinate vulnerability response initiatives and cross-functional task forces
  • Monitor external threat intelligence sources and identify emerging risks
  • Drive mitigation and remediation activities with technology and security teams
  • Track remediation progress and prepare status and closure reports
  • Conduct thematic reviews and recommend security improvements
  • Support vulnerability governance, reporting, and risk management activities
  • Contribute to security posture assessments and operational reviews
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and risk teams
  • Support audits, regulatory requests, and internal governance processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and remediation efficiency

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, IT Security, Vulnerability Management, or related areas
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management and remediation processes
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability scanning technologies and security assessment tools such as:
    • Nessus
    • Tenable.io
    • Checkmarx
    • Fortify
    • IBM AppScan
    • Netsparker
  • Experience with vulnerability scoring, risk assessment, and patch management
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity operations, risk management, and governance practices
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis skills, including MS Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment

  • Experience within financial services or highly regulated environments
