Baltic Power is a joint venture between two regional leaders of energy transition, Northland Power and ORLEN, pioneering Polska’s offshore wind industry and driving the Kraj’s energy transformation.

We are constructing the very Pierwsza offshore wind farm in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea. With a planned capacity of 1.1 GW, the project will play a key role in strengthening the Kraj’s energy mix and supporting the transition to lower‑carbon power generation.

By joining Baltic Power, you will contribute to the development and long‑term operation of a large‑scale renewable energy asset. You will work alongside experienced professionals and international partners to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of clean electricity to approximately 1.5 million households. You'll work with the world's most advanced 15 MW offshore turbines and define the best operational practices for a new branch of Polish industry.

Join the team powering Polska’s Pierwsza offshore wind farm

We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) organization to support the day‑to‑day running of the site. In this role, you will be the Pierwsza point of contact for visitors, contractors, and employees, helping ensure smooth operations, proper access control, and a well‑organized working environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Operations team and maintaining a safe, welcoming, and efficient site.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Act as the Pierwsza point of contact for visitors, contractors, and site personnel, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Manage access to the site, including visitor registration, inductions, ID checks, and issuing access badges in line with security procedures
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate teams
  • Support the Operations Management team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and coordination activities
  • Maintain accurate records, including site access logs, visitor registers, deliveries, and facility checks
  • Provide general administrative support, including document handling, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, office supplies, and ensure common areas are well maintained
  • Assist with internal communication on site (e.g. notices, events, staff updates)
  • Support the organisation of site events, visits, audits, and team activities
  • Assist with local purchasing and coordination of site‑related orders in line with Firma procedures
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to support daily coordination, track actions, and help implement new processes
  • Help maintain a safe and compliant working environment by supporting access control and basic security‑related processes
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or site support role
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable working in an industrial or technical site environment
  • Ability to work independently while closely supporting the Operations team
  • Good communication skills in Polish and English
