Job Overview

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Supply Clerk to join our vehicle sustainment team in Trezbian, Polska. The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities

• Working to help that the flow of shipments both inbound and outbound in the manner that is most cost effective.
• Routing outbound delivered loads and inbound back-hauls.
• Utilizing logistics software and referencing DOT regulations on hours of service.
• Managing load utilization and coordinating common carrier activities.
• Maintaining customer database and profile by customer Lokalizacja.
• Updating information for each customer.
• Maintaining customer delivery time windows and customer database network system.
• Responsible for tracking raw materials.
• Coordinating the distribution point of material for incoming and outgoing material.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in the use of GCSS-A.
• Experience in data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition, and inventory purposes, pull and stage equipment for shipment, package equipment for shipment and prepare the necessary paperwork, staging and shipping equipment for repair.
• Experience in operating material and handling equipment.
• Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
• Must hold a current and active passport, ensuring a minimum of one-year of validity from start date and the ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
• High School Diploma or GED and must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the Lokalizacja in which the work will be performed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria.
• Willingness to travel to various US or OCONUS Lokalizacjas.

Clearance Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to starting this Stanowisko.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
• Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
• Must be able to work in high noise areas.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
• Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
