British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a SUPPLY NETWORK PLANNERin WARSAW We are looking for a Supply Network Planner for some of our End Markets in Europe. This person will be responsible for creating an optimal distribution plan to ensure the supply of finish goods, at the same time that supports the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and main KPIs for the assigned Area/Category Your key responsibilities will include:- To deliver the finished goods replenishment plan by calculating replenishment requirements on all levels of the primary supply chain on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- To maintain finished goods stock levels on consolidation warehouse as per the inventory policies individually set for storage location/SKU.
- To contribute to regular reviews of inventory policies for finished goods on storage location/SKU level.
- To manage exceptional requests through the supply chain to ensure the most effective response whilst balancing the needs of the end market, other customers and Operations.
- To manage orders, forecasts, and the end market portfolio.
- To be the SNO single point of contact working with specific end markets to help achieve Area, Direct Reporting Business Unit (DRBU) & Regions targets.
- To ensure an optimal PIPO for new launches and product in the End Markets, minimizing the liabilities and write off.
- At least 1 year experience in Supply Planning in a FMCG Company or similar fields (Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics, Supply Chain).
- Good English proficiency (100% of the work is in English).
- Experience with ERP / Planning systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of leadership capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and digital skills.
