PL is an established I T software house with over 20 years of experience, delivering tailor-made digital solutions for international clients. We operate in close partnership with our customers, focusing on long-term cooperation, transparency, and real business value rather than short-term delivery. We are looking for a Product Owner with Project Management skills to support the development of strategic fixed-price projects delivered within the product management and advisory domain. This role combines hands-on product ownership with responsibility for guiding projects within a defined scope, budget, and timeline. You will work closely with clients from the DACH region, Polska, and the Stany Zjednoczone, supporting them in product-related decision-making, defining strategic directions, and successfully delivering IT solutions. Conducting business needs analysis and independently facilitating client workshops (primarily in German), including Product Discovery sessions Taking responsibility for project delivery across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – from concept and implementation through testing and deployment Planning and coordinating project scope, timeline, and budget (managing the “iron triangle”) Preparing project and product documentation (solution concepts, Statements of Work, functional specifications) Monitoring progress, managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes Managing relationships with business stakeholders and regularly reporting project status and results Proactively proposing improvements, optimizations, and innovative solutions, including the use of AI technologies Very good command of German and English (C1), enabling independent facilitation of workshops and work with project documentation At least 3 years of experience in IT projects as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst with implementation responsibility Experience or strong interest in projects within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments Very good communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset Valid Category B driving license and willingness to undertake occasional business travel Nice to Have Interest in AI technologies and experience using AI tools in day-to-day work (e.G. data analysis, conceptual work, process optimization) Remote work with occasional office visits – work from Start with the option (and sometimes the need) to meet in our Wrocław office Individual development path – planned together with your leader, including access to external training and knowledge-sharing sessions Engaging projects – work on meaningful solutions across various industries (e.G. e-learning, energy, finance, manufacturing, logistics) International clients and teams – use and develop your English and/or German in real project environments Language classes – Firma-funded English and German lessons at all levels, including with native speakers Benefits package – private healthcare (LuxMed), life insurance (Unum), and a Multisport card
