About the project

We are looking for a Test Manager to lead testing activities within the Start Journey Common program – a large-scale initiative delivering a shared Start-buying solution for all Nordic countries. The role involves coordination of integration and end-to-end testing for complex, distributed systems in the financial domain, as well as close cooperation with multiple agile teams working in a SAFe environment.

Your responsibilities
  • Planning and coordinating testing activities for large, multi-team initiatives
  • Managing integration and end-to-end testing across distributed systems
  • Coordinating testing efforts within agile teams working in SAFe
  • Overseeing test execution and monitoring quality status
  • Cooperating with business, development, and QA stakeholders
  • Aligning test automation activities with project objectives
  • Reporting testing progress, risks, and quality metrics
  • Supporting testing activities related to legacy and mainframe systems
Our requirements
  • At least 4 years in a Test Manager role for large-scale solutions
  • Solid knowledge of the financial domain
  • Proven capability in managing integration and E2E testing across multiple teams
  • Understanding legacy system architectures
  • Familiarity with web, HTTP, and API-related testing
  • Awareness of test automation concepts
  • Previous work in agile delivery models, preferably SAFe
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
