About the project

As a Workday Functional HCM Consultant – Run-Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of HCLTech’s HR systems. You will be responsible for managing daily activities within the Workday HCM platform, providing expert support, and delivering minor system enhancements. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations, enabling the Firma to meet evolving business needs and sustain its competitive advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day support for Workday HCM modules, including troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and resolving functional inquiries.
• Analyze, prioritize, and process minor change requests, such as configuration updates and system improvements.
• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to gather requirements for minor enhancements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance activities related to functional changes and updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all support activities, change requests, and configuration decisions.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices in Workday HCM, proactively applying relevant updates to improve system performance.
• Ensure system integrity and compliance with internal standards and policies.
• Support knowledge transfer and training initiatives for HR users as required.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) in an operational environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Help & Document Management, Core Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence & Time Tracking.
• Proven experience in managing ongoing support and minor configuration changes within Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Optional

• Workday HCM certification is highly advantageous.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Prior exposure to multinational or large-scale enterprise environments is beneficial.
