We are looking for a Vendor Manager to join Quality Assurance Team in Technology & Innovation Office. The Vendor Manager will oversee vendor activities and cultivate relationships with both new and existing vendors to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days office/2 days remote)

• Supervising SLA deliverables for IT and NT vendors
• Assessing vendor KPIs and metrics. Initiating actions related to SLA fullfilement.
• Ensuring stability and quality of vendor-provided services
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors
• Proposing IT/NT contract optimizations, balancing cost and quality trade-offs
• Identifying prospects for additional value generation through supplier relationships
• Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risk areas during contract execution
• Implementing Service Management best practices to enhance overall efficiency
• Assuming responsibility for driving continual improvements in services and processes
• Addressing contractual issues, including interpreting contractual provisions
• Preparing analyses, reports, recommendations related to managed vendors/contracts
• Collaborating closely with procurement in contract management
• Contributing to the development of processes and procedures in the field of vendor management

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

• 2 years or more of experience in the area of vendor management
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and establish productive business relationships
• Strong business focus, solution and problem-solving orientation, and ability to assess contractual topics
• Experience in formulating vendor-related KPIs and metrics
• Proficiency in ITIL processes and drafting SLAs
• Familiarity with different IT Service Management tools
• Knowledge of IT/Telecommunication Technologies
• English skills on C1 level or higher
• Have proficiency in using MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
