You are a naturally curious, solution-oriented professional who loves experimenting with LLMs and low-code tools to solve complex challenges. Your responsibilities will include: Internal Projects: Develop and optimize internal AI tools utilizing advanced technologies, including Langflow, Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI), OpenAI, Anthropic, and ADK. Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and prototypes for emerging AI solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to automate processes and drive operational efficiency. Establish standards and best practices for AI deployment and integration across the organization. Develop reusable libraries and frameworks to be leveraged in client-facing projects. Client Projects Lead discovery sessions to thoroughly understand and analyze clients' business needs. Design and implement tailored AI solutions that address specific organizational challenges. Deliver end-to-end AI implementations, guiding projects seamlessly from initial concept to production. Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to ensure smooth adoption. Provide strategic consultancy on digital transformation powered by AI technologies. Facilitate knowledge transfer and build sustainable AI competencies within the client’s organization. No-Code/Low-Code: Solutions Development Scout and implement innovative no-code/low-code solutions to minimize traditional coding requirements. Design intuitive interfaces tailored for business users and non-technical stakeholders. Build reusable components to accelerate the delivery of future projects. Requirements: Must-Have: Practical knowledge of Python or another programming language (for scripting, API integrations, and data processing). Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI platforms: OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI). Strong proficiency in low-code/no-code and automation tools, specifically n8n and Langflow. Ability to integrate tools such as Agent Development Kit (ADK), ElevenLabs, and Dialogflow CX. Experience in Prompt Engineering and a solid understanding of RAG architecture. Proficiency with REST APIs. Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with clients. English proficiency at a minimum B2 level and Polish C2. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Gemini Enterprise and a strong willingness to further develop expertise in this ecosystem. Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant). Google AI certifications or other relevant artificial intelligence credentials. Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AI, Power Platform). Experience in conducting training sessions and interactive workshops. Basic understanding of LLMOps practices and tools (e.g., LangSmith). We offer: B2B contract 100% remote or hybrid collaboration from our office in Wrocław (Św.
