Tasks- Create performance-driven video ads for Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Apply storytelling, pacing, hooks, and CTAs designed to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Edit and adapt content for different formats (ads, social media, promo reels, shorts).
- Stay on top of creative and cultural trends in Italy to deliver highly relevant, fresh, and engaging videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and optimize video creatives using data-driven insights.
- Experiment with AI-driven creative tools to enhance video production and efficiency.
- Fluency in Italian (native or advanced) and ability to craft culturally relevant creative content.
- At least 3 years of video editing experience, preferably within events, marketing, or creative agencies.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and performance-driven editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects) and Canva.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, MidJourney, Eleven Labs) is a plus.
- Strong sense of timing, attention to detail, and visual storytelling.
- Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
