Job Description:

As a Media Buyer at TwinklingTree, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital ad campaigns across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in scaling our ad spend effectively and ensuring that our campaigns meet and exceed performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Budgets: Oversee budgets of up to $1M/month on Meta, ensuring efficient and effective allocation.

- Scaling Ads: Strategically scale ads, ad sets, and campaigns that meet our KPI benchmarks.

- Data Analysis: Analyze historical data to strengthen our KPIs with solid benchmarks.

- Performance Monitoring: Daily monitoring and turning off underperforming ads and ad sets to prevent losses.

- Aggressive Scaling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for aggressive scaling, especially when performance metrics like ROAS are favorable.

- Campaign Optimization: Create and optimize CBO campaigns with top-performing ad sets.

- Data Insights: Dive into data to identify areas of improvement and leakages.

- Cross-Platform Management: Ensure top-performing ads are live across all ad sets and launch winners on TikTok.

- Interest Testing: Conduct interest testing to optimize high-margin ad sets.

- Meta Liaison: Contact Meta to resolve any issues that may arise.

- Creative Analysis: Provide insights into the best-performing creatives, including angles, video lengths, placements, and dimensions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience managing large-scale digital ad campaigns, particularly on Meta.
