Role Overview
  • Independently design and deliver automation and CI/CD improvements across services.
  • We encourage the thoughtful use of Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to boost innovation and productivity while adhering to our security and compliance standards.
Your Impact (30/60/90 Days)
  • 30 days: assess current pipelines; identify 2–3 quick wins
  • 60 days: deliver reliability improvements (alerting, dashboards) for a service
  • 90 days: lead a small migration (e.g., Terraform module refactor)
Ways of Working
  • Hybrid teams across multiple time zones with strong async communication
  • You build it, you run it: teams own reliability with support from Platform/ SRE
  • Blameless incident culture with data-driven post-incident reviews
  • Automation-Pierwsza approach; manual work is a signal to improve the platform
