The Mission:Become the Architect of a Content Empire

As the Director of Organic Content Strategy, you’ll be the visionary leader driving the organic growth of a world-class personal brand. You’ll oversee the creation, strategy, and performance of content across multiple YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, shaping a narrative that captivates millions and dominates the social space.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and Execute Strategy:Build a multi-platform content strategy for organic growth on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Ensure every post, story, reel, and video aligns with our brand vision and delivers impact.
• Hands-On Leadership:In the beginning, you’ll manage posting and execution directly. As we grow, you’ll hire and manage a team of content creators, posters, and editors to scale our efforts.
• Collaborate with Me:Work side by side with a multi-8-figure entrepreneur, brainstorming creative ideas, refining strategy, and making decisions that drive the brand forward.
• Optimize Performance:Analyze metrics across platforms and adjust strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and growth.
• Innovate Daily:Stay ahead of trends, bring fresh ideas, and ensure we remain at the forefront of social media innovation.

You’ve built and led high-performing teams and know how to bring out the best in people. You are independant, capable of hiring, delegating, and running teams smoothly without my intervention.
• Social Media Strategist:You’ve mastered multi-platform content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You have a sharp eye for content that stops the scroll, engages deeply, and drives results.
• Creative Visionary:You know how to turn ideas into content that resonates with audiences on an emotional level. You thrive on innovation and bring fresh, impactful ideas to the table.
• Detail-Oriented Executor:You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, from posting to performance analysis.
• High Standards:I have extremely high standards of excellence, and I expect you to meet and surpass them. I expect you to have astute attention to detail, and execute our strategy flawlessly. If high expectations scare you, then you are not the person for this role.
