Event Manager (Part-Time, Remote with Occasional On-Site Presence in Warsaw) About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Manager to support our global Market Communications team in planning and delivering high-impact, international events. This is a part-time , remote-Pierwsza opportunity, with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings in Warsaw. If you are passionate about event management, comfortable working across time zones, and thrive in fast-paced, international environments – we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end event execution: from initial concept and planning to implementation and post-event evaluation. Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, resource planning, and budget management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event strategy with business goals. Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Maintain brand consistency and adhere to the Firma’s corporate visual identity (CVI). Handle all logistical aspects including catering, transportation, and equipment. Measure success through KPIs, conduct ROI analysis, and propose improvements for future events. Requirements University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in event or project management. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); other languages are a plus. Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office; ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to occasionally work across global time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the food
