Its one of a kind 18-month managerial programme thats geared specifically for high-potential individuals.

Goal of it? To lay the foundation for your successful and internationally oriented leadership career in BAT.

As a Global Management Trainee, youll have the opportunity to rotate through various positions to fully understand the dynamics of our market. All of it in diverse and multinational environment with accountability from day one through self-driven projects.

Which rotations await you within 18 months?

• Field Force (3 months) - youll possibly relocate to another city, receive a car, step into the shoes of BAT Representative to deep into the core of our organization and develop your sales skills.

3 rotations in business, in possible areas:

• Category (5 months) - includes brand management and marketing strategy development.
• Trade (5 months) - focus on management of our key accounts, analyzing sales data and building channel strategy.
• Consumer Experience (5 months) - youll analyze data and market trends, execute campaigns, build consumer loyalty, possibly immerse yourself in E-commerce or U projects.

Whats next?

After successful completion of the programme youll become Junior manager in marketing and sales area. Based on your performance, you may also receive an opportunity to go for an international rotation.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Driving licence cat. B
• Passion for marketing and sales, and a general knowledge of its core functions
• Analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative and a drive to succeed
• National and/or international mobility
• Proficiency in English (both written & spoken); Polish nice-to-have
