Customer Connect Center is the worldwide entry door for sales & service-related customer inquiries. Our team in Krakow is part of the global set-up with a focus on and dedication to customers who have special agreements and require timely professional handling. We collaborate with all Business Units and Product Groups of Hitachi Energy in our role as customer advocate.
How you’ll make an impact
Getting acquainted with Customer Connect way of acting and processing
Support in Handling incoming inquiries from Włochy and Germanic countries via e-mails, chat, web-, telephone and other possible channels efficiently with confidence and professionalism (approximately 90% of inquiries are via web or e-mail)
Share feedback about customer centricity of processes & solutions, propose and help implementing improvements
Able to multitask and maintain an organized work environment

Collaborate with other departments and keep a positive relation with them
Your background
You are a university student.
You are flexible and creative team player. Cooperating & communicating in virtual teams would be of benefit.
You can speak foreign languages (proven spoken & written skills): Italian and a Germanic language (e.g. German, Dutch, Nordic languages) with a good command of English.
High focus on customers and their needs
Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
Onboarding and Training about Hitachi Energy portfolio will be provided. Some knowledge of Power Grids products and systems would be beneficial.
