Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of technology projects in close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, organizing, monitoring, and reporting project progress to ensure successful delivery of business objectives. What You'll Do Coordinate the work of project teams in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with business representatives, technical leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and goals. Participate in requirements analysis and support the creation, refinement, and prioritization of the project backlog. Manage project timelines, including planning, forecasting, tracking milestones, and identifying potential risks or delays. Monitor project progress and ensure that delivery remains aligned with agreed business objectives. Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting notes, decisions, risks, and dependencies. Report project status, risks, dependencies, and key outcomes to senior management. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity, transparency, and effective decision-making. Support continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working. What We're Looking For Experience in IT project management or coordination of technology projects. Strong understanding of project planning, backlog management, timelines, dependencies, and delivery tracking. Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in documenting project scope, progress, decisions, and risks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Practical knowledge of project management and collaboration tools. Tools & Technologies Notion Monday.Com AI tools supporting productivity, documentation, analysis, planning, or reporting Nice to Have Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery environments. Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT delivery processes. Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
